Hunedoara Castle in Hunedoara, Romania

Hunedoara or Corvin’s Castle is located in Hunedoara, Romania in the Transylvania region. It is located along the route from Timisoara to Sibiu, Romania. This 14th century Gothic-Renaissance castle is one of the largest in all of Europe and is one of the “Seven Wonders of Romania.” A tour of the castle will include viewing of the bear pit, dungeon and the knight’s hall.

Neuschwanstein in the Winter

Neuschwanstein Castle is situated in the south of Bavaria, Germany on a hill above Hohenschwangau village. This fairy tale castle is one of the most photographed places in the world for good reason. It’s stunning Romanesque Revival architecture and hilltop landscape make it feel and look like a dream!
